Very incompetent. Have been waiting for a callback to get confirmation of my appointment time and have yet not received one! Today is my appointment and I still do not know what time I am supposed to be there by. I call their call center and all they say is to wait for a call. What call??? It’s the day of and I can’t just drop everything to show up for my appointment at the last minute. I’ve never dealt with such poor handling and management of services from an agency.

Horrible service. They never answer the phone. I had appointment with my son and when you get there they have you waiting for hours just to get checked in. If you have a simple question as in how much longer the wait will be they say they can answer when you get your number called.

Absolute horrible. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. I have called over 5 times in the past week and a half to get our new foster son an appointment. Everything has gone downhill since all the offices merged together. I miss the Shillington office. The workers at the front desk are rude, you are shuffled from waiting area to waiting area. It is not a pleasant experience.
Horrible place and experience with the new WIC office set up. It smells in there, they our right next to a liquor store we’re people standing outside and smoke cigarettes as you our walking in with your children. The services inside our horrible, they have you transfer to 3-4 different stations, rooms all while holding a toddler and bags, there not that busy to have 2 waiting rooms for clients. I had to switch to the KU office which is 30 min from my home but I would do anything to receive appropriate care for my children. I would rate this office a 0.

Terrible service they have you waiting for hours!! Staff is very unprofessional telling girls who they should date ext. Many conversations that are not wic related. I used to go to one at shillington pa is was so peaceful now that they combined all the wics to one they brought all the nonprofessional ones with. To make an appoinment is horrible they dont answer the phone. Maybe because they are gossiping about things they dont need to dont come here!!!
