Great place. The opticians are knowledgeable and pleasant. We took my daughter here for her first pair of glasses and they could not have been more kind and encouraging. The selection of frames for her age group was great, and they took our insurance making her glasses more affordable than a lot of other places around here. Her glasses were done in about a week and she loves wearing them. I can not recommend this place highly enough!

I have been going to West Reading Optical for many years and have had the best experience. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a hard time finding the right frame for my face but the Optician was able to find the perfect frame for me. I highly recommend West Reading Optical for all you eyeglass needs.

I have only GOOD things to say about Dr. Chesen, Dr. Cho, and their staff, and in particular, Michael, Bev, and Raj of West Reading Optical. They are polite, personable, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help their patients. As an example, I recently had my yearly eye exam (all good!), and had decided to use the frame to my "back-up glasses" to get an up-to-date pair of rx sunglasses. Sadly, the frame was discontinued (so I could not get lenses for it), and my vision insurance would not cover a new frame 'til 2021. I told Michael that I had a much older frame from another optical center, with really old (10 years) rx sunglass lenses...he asked if I had them with me, and asked if he could take a look at them. After a brief once-over, he told me he could get rx sunglass lenses to fit the much-older frame! I was pleasantly surprised by this. I picked them up today (only took about a week to have them made), and I am thrilled with the outcome! Michael saved me several hundred dollars out of pocket, and I now have up-to-date rx sunglasses that cost me less than 100.! Thanx so much, Michael! I HIGHLY recommend the folks at West Reading Optical to ANYONE looking for quality eyewear and SUPERIOR customer service. They take most vision insurance plans, and you do NOT need to be a patient to purchase eyewear there (I also HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chesen, Dr. Cho, and their staff members for their kind, informative, and thorough approach to eye care). It's "one-stop eye care" at its best!
