The service was fast and friendly but the food really took a dive bomb. I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit with home fries and a tropical fruit lemonade for breakfast. The sandwiche was cold and nasty. The egg had been sitting there for way to long. It had a hard crusty rim all the way around it The cheese was just as old and hard. Not enjoyable at all. Guess that's the last time I go to that Wendy's.

I go here at least once a week the line is always long at the drive-thru but boy if they don't crush it out so quick. The staff is amazing polite and friendly very accurate as well. Don't think I've gotten an order wrong yet, knock on wood. And again if there's a long line don't let it scare you they will moving along very quickly.

I can only review the outside of the restaurant because I have only gone through the drive through. I've come here (am currently sitting in the parking lot after pulling away from the drive thru) an average of 6 times a year. This accounts for half of the fast food stops that I make because I prefer eating home cooked meals. I live locally and even though there's a McDonald's across the street and a Burger King 2 lights up the street as well as numerous other fast food places, Wendy's offer something different. The outside is always clean and even though the restaurant is located just feet from a busy highway, the rear parking lot has vegetation positioned so that you forget that you're in an industrial area! It's nice to take the kids for a frosty on a hot sunny day! There are cute 2 person tables outside in the back. My orders are always accurate and the cashiers are always very nice, especially Cristal who gave me and extra cup & lid for my chili when I asked as well as an ice water. She wasn't even bothered by the fact that I returned to the drive thru a second time to get them! All workers were knowledgeable as far as menu items and any questions that I've asked about nutrition information of menu items. For those loosing weight you would think that a fast food restaurant is the LAST place a person that's trying to loose weight should eat at that's inaccurate! It turns out that Wendy's chili is the best choice to healthy if you cannot get home to eat 1 of the FIVE small meals a day required for adequate nutrition. The chili is a great source of protein and meets the advises guidelines. Not to mention there’s a nice parking lot that makes you forget that you’re sitting, conveniently, right next to a highway! So Wendy's will now be my ONLY fast food stop! If I had to suggest something that could be better, I would ask for a low sugar frosty!

I will NEVER go here again. They CONSISTENTLY get my order wrong and always have attitude when I try to get the order corrected. Today was the final straw when A MANAGER at this location berated my husband claiming that he “ordered wrong” because the order was incorrect. (As of saying the word “only” should need further explanation, when talking about what you’d like or not like on a burger.) She then told him that other people order things a certain way and they don’t come out wrong (completely irrelevant and unnecessary). As she was remaking the food, after giving my husband attitude, one of the men from the back came to the counter and “stood watch”, pacing and staring at my husband, trying to intimidate him. I can’t even begin to explain how infuriated I am by the complete lack of respect that this manager had for my husband as a customer. As someone who had long worked in the food service industry, I know it’s really not that hard to make something right for a customer. I’m so disappointed that Wendy’s has allowed someone so rude, disrespectful and nasty to represent their brand. I’ll be making a call in to the corporate office on Monday. I hope that nasty manager sees this review and knows that she’s lost a customer. Just shameful.
