This is a review for Reddish Manor, RG4 9NP. Directions: SatNav/GPS sends you to the junction with the Bird In Hand Lane (and pub) but the location is actually further north along the B481, just past The Herb Centre on the left, you see a tiny gravel path entrance on the right with a cattle grid. That is Reddish Manor! The house and grounds are incredible! There is a long drive with ample parking for at least 10 cars, large croquet lawn, and a swimming pool for summer visitors only. The house is huge with three living rooms (small, medium and gigantic), two dining areas, large tables. The kitchen is well-equipped for mass catering. There is easily enough room for about 18 people or so to live, sleep and dine like kings for a weekend! The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms have huge character and many are filled with interesting objects, collections and taxidermy - a great talking point! We were there on a stag weekend, all 18 of us had a fantastic time and the amazing Reddish Manor played a major part. Plenty to do in the region - we went to Ascot races for the day - highly recommended! Many thanks to Gary for everything! Perfect location for any stag, hen or house party. Highly recommended!!
