Never use this place they are deceptive and outright lie about their past and past actions
like
It's disturbing to see all the negative reviews. I stopped by to take a picture of their landscapers just to post it here on Maps on Saturday September 19, 2020.
I would never do business with this company after I explained my situation, they didnt care about nothing. I lost my place went to jail their was a previous balance owed on the tombstone and I couldn't get the chance to pay it with everything that was going on. This place took the tomb stone off my mothers grave because of the balance owed i try to pay the previous balance but they added almost 600 dollars in late fees not cool even after I told them my situation. Tim was great though unfortunately their wasn't much he could do to help. I won't recommend this place to nobody Theirs other places that treat you with dignity and respect also have better prices.
Very nice and very thorough gave us the time we needed to look thru their options did not feel rushed even tho we were there close to closing time Tim explained everything throughly we are first timers so we really didn't know what we were doing he helped with every step now to wait for the finished product fingers crossed that I won't have to change my review
Never use this place take your money somewhere else
Awful, just plain awful! We had to follow up numerous times on the status of our 4 year old sons head stone. They never communicated the status to us, it was always us reaching out to them. First it came in \without the engraved picture\ then it was a \shipping\ delay, who knows what the real problem was. After the first delay, we were told a mid October installation (originally placed order sometime in July). Then after mid October came and went we asked for a status and were told that there were more delays due to shipping and they didn't know when it would be ready. We had to re-approve the proof because of the engraving issue before they would do anything further, what a cluster. Regardless, it took way longer than it should have to get the headstone in place, it wasn't finally installed until April. What a terrible way to treat people during the most difficult time. Thanks for making a difficult time even more unbearable Weavers, you're truly the worst company I've ever dealt with!
Weaver's offers a large variety of options and choices in many different price points. I worked with Tim and he certainly helped make the process as simple as possible. He communicated regularly with updates and information via email and phone calls.
