Very hard working, friendly and professional staff and manager. Passionate about their job and jewellery. I have never seen such a clean and safe environment as they maintain in their shop. Good shopping experience
I placed an order online and I havent received it. It shows delivered on Royal mail website but I havent actually physically got the product. I have emailed warren james and even put a complaint a refund request and I haven't got any reply from them. Also sent them a message on Instagram but nothing. Basically lost my money and havent got the product.
Excellent customer service, quick service and got me exactly what I was looking for with minimal fuss.
Excellent service. Young lady assistant with old fashioned polite service. Explained everything we needed to know more than once to confirm our order. Friendly with a lovely smile. We purchased a ring and the price was very reasonable compared to all the other jewellers we visited in Reading. Would recommend.
Horrible terrible service!! I bought a ring for my dad but was too small, went in to exchange I've been told it was scratched although never warned so I've been sent away! My sister tried her luck with someone else and they said it was ok and ordered bigger sieze. When I tried to collect new ordered ring I've been told that they won't exchange it as its outside exchange period!! I was sent away! Con artists who are rude and stealing your money! Don't go there
