I don’t recommend this place at all, over the last 5 sessions for laser hair removal, not only didn’t work at all, but made my hair thicker. I was also promised that 6 sessions would be enough, upon not seeing any results and complaining every time I went there, the consultant said I would actually to see more hair growth before it going away so maybe I should pay for 8 sessions and in the follow up appointment from that, she suggested I paid for 12 sessions instead! I am utterly disappointed at the professionalism and dishonesty. My friends are getting it done at another nearby clinic for exactly the same price and getting way better results than me, their appointment times for exactly the same areas as me are 2H and this clinic has only taken 45 minutes with me. The laser is far below quality and after having talked to other people that come to SkinSpaceUK, their stories are very similar to mine. I will now have to take this matter further as no one seems to want to take responsibility for the lack of professionalism and excuses given. I am one unhappy client and will make sure everyone knows about it, as I feel like I deserve some sort of compensation for the way I’ve been treated.

I had my first laser session with Caroline yesterday and it was fantastic! She made sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into and how to prepare for my first session. The actual laser session itself was good too - Caroline made sure that the right level of intensity was being used on the right areas so as not to hurt me. The other staff here are also incredibly friendly and supportive. The clinic is well laid out and clean. I am super super excited to see the results and have the rest of my sessions!
Lovely staff, lovely clinic, had amazing results! Can’t thank them all enough they’ve been great throughout my treatments and would highly recommend! :)
I m unsure of few facts...whether their therapy works. I had to buy more sessions to get results I was said. Vouchers advertised online seems misleading and are not worth the effort. If you genuinely know anyone who has experienced therapies working and results are positive. I m yet about to discover why I have spent 200. Customer service is good and they offer good care...
The experience and quality of session is completely inconsistent depending on which member of staff you get. Whilst they are always friendly and polite, I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't recommend this business. It has the potential to be wonderful but they really need to be more consistent in the information, advise and types of treatment you receive.
The worst salon I came across. Stay away from them. They cancelled two of my appointments practically an hour before they were due, and didn't offer me another appointment until months later. Once customers pay in advance for treatments, they just take them for granted, ignore their emails and phone calls. Once you have an issue, there is no one you can talk to.
Such a lovely experience today. Ladies are amazing & welcoming. And the treatment was so relaxing I could of spent the day there. Looking forward to returning x would highly commend VGMedispa
This is my first experience with laser hair removal or VGMEDISPA but I have found them to be excellent. Thorough with the health checks, talked me through every aspect of the prep, treatment and aftercare, and were very warm and friendly. I've had great results so far and intend to stick with them for even more treatments! I was a bit worried as they have mixed reviews on Groupon but I found they couldn't be better and would (and have been) recommending them to everyone!
