We have been using VCI for years and Robert and his team are all so helpful and efficient. It never seems to matter who deals with any issue we have as they are all very skilled at problem solving and always do this in a timely manner. I simply cannot praise them enough as they are always a pleasure to deal with and I have yet to find a problem they cant fix. I very rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so based on the continuously great experience with VCI.

As a start up and now a small business, Robert and his team at VCI have been absolutely invaluable. I pose problems and \often ridiculous\ solutions which Robert and his team turn into simple understandable and workable solutions, which are always cost effective and prompt. In addition when we have a day to day IT problems they sort them quickly and without fuss (even if it is telling us to reboot our computer). I cannot recommend them enough!
Robert and his team provide excellent systems support to small and medium sized businesses and pride themselves on their customer care. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for help with their IT infrastructure.
