Popped into tui half hour ago with doubts about my holiday to grand canaria, Tiffany was wonderful had it sorted and changed within 20 mins I'm now going to Greece instead. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FRIENDLY SERVICE !!!! Thankyou so much Tiffany my worries are gone. An absolute credit to Tui x
Booked after an online glitch, contacted this store on the number given on the website to find this was Tui retail. Advised of my problem with online and Julie provisionally booked the holiday and advised me to call back after I finished work.I went ahead with the booking and requested a hard copy to be sent in post. I called 3 days later as I had not received the post and was advised this has/will be sent. 3 days later I called again taking into consideration Sunday being one of those days. I was reassured the paper work had been sent. 2 days later still not received.The only experience I can say was second to none was the advice I was given regarding seating by Wendy. Customer service is appalling!
