Took my car in for a MOT and some simple bits to get done, I rang multiple times to get the courtesy car whilst mine was in. I took it down there when agreed and they hadn't even booked it in. I have used these guys a few times, so know their quite reasonable,this occasion they supplied me a courtesy car which was good of them. They said the work would be done in around a week. So off I drove and awaited a call. I called after several days just to get a update, I was told that they needed the courtesy car back due to a emergency. I agreed, so they got my car ready so I could take it away. I was told it needed some further investigation on a glow plug and they would call me to get it back in.. nothing. The

I purchased Ford Galaxy from Transauto, Excellent service from start to delivering car. Was fully sanitised. Phil accommodated Social distancing and understood my requirements. Car was delivered with brand new MOT and warranty.
I've serviced my Mokka here since 2016. Great service, they get the job done, on time and value for money however.....the customer relation is lacking. You walk in and are ignored for a few minutes, someone will come over to the desk and type away at the computer and walk away afterwards, no service. I once stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting to drop off the car for an MOT. Same thing on returning to pick it up. At first I thought it was a bad day for all but I've been there a few times over the last 4 years and not a single hello or \may I help you\. I forced a \good morning\ out of one chap the other morning and it was begrudgingly responded to without even a glance in my direction. Liven up a bit, chaps. Maybe a stereo with some happy radio station would do. Sadly, getting rid of the Mokka soon and may not be returning to them for services with the new car just yet but I would have liked to be on friendlier terms with a business I frequented so often. Ah well, that's life.
great service from Phil at Transauto. He described car exactly as it was and gave me a good part exchange price, better than webuyanycar, he did state he will pay better. He serviced and delivered the car for me in the deal. Could not ask for much more. Thanks Transauto.
