I cannot recommend them highly enough,they had incredible attention to detail and styled my hair beautifully before leaving the salon. I've never been so happy walking out of a hairdressers before. I'll definitely be back!

Please, if you book there avoid Marc, a bold man with beard. I cannot say anything about others, but he CANNOT cut hair. Neither can be blow dry it. Like he never studied. I had to run midway from his blow drying attempt today, as it was painful like hell and could not result in anything half decent, considering the way he did it - blowing only top two thirds of hair, hardly touching the ends, so ends spiked out at the end into all directions. Getting out of salon looking like your worst hair day? that what it was. The same applies to the cut he made. It is sholders length, spikes all over my head now, front is just dreadful, missed hair longer than the rest, no line of any kind. Cannot even hide it in ponny tail - these longer spikes still sticking out. The way he did the cut could not end up any good. No checks of length between two sides on the front. No checks of any kind. The cut took him 5 minutes max. 60ish it was. Not to mention that famous "where are you from", which was the only thing he could find to talk about. I had to answer - "from a place where that sort of question is considered rude". Did he harm me in revenge? I do not think so. He just cannot care less and never had any training. I do not see HOW any professional person can so something so bad. SHAME ON YOU Tony & Guy employing people like him. And that was a second time he did it to me. Back in February it was even worse. It took two other salons to sort of fix what he did to half-proper, but till hair grown back it was a nightmare for months. as he attempted layers, it was a lot harder to fix. And now, during lock down, just before Christmas, when each of us have enough stress and not enough money. PROPER EXPERTS are off work. Millions struggle. And people like him, with no skills, effort or good will, no respect to customers, have a job and inflict DAMAGE daily to women who came there hoping TO LOOK BETTER.
I had Jo and she was great. Listened to what I wanted and made regular check ins with me to make sure I was happy with the progress (I'm particular with my cuts).

An ok haircut. Stylists acts quite coldly as soon as they think you cannot afford the service.
I had a hair cut by Bobby in reading store n I had worst experience. 1st thing is she was arrogant and was not showing intrested in how I want my hair cut. 2nd thing she was underestimated me that she thought may be I am not capable to pay. 3rd was she dint do my blow dry properly. I think 65 is not a small amount for 20 minutes she took for my cut n blow dry.
