I received fantastic service from the staff at this branch; especially Nicky B who secured the sale of my Ford Fiesta. I felt I could trust Nicky straightaway and the sale itself was very straightforward. He made sure that the car was ready for the following day and delivered on his promises, for example we highlighted that the vehicle handbook was missing and there was something stuck to the bonnet. On the day of collection, he put me at ease and made it easy to ask questions. I had to return later that day as I noticed one of the clips on the parcel shelf boot load cover was loose. Nicky sorted this straightaway. 2 days after collection, Nicky also left a follow-up voicemail to check everything was okay with the vehicle and that he hopes we will use Think Ford in the future, which we certainly will.

Social distance car sales are rather different. Can't sit in the car you want , but sales team know their stuff . All in all a good experience
The team were all so friendly and really helpful, especially those on reception. They were able to do the work to my car which was required and spent time ensuring that I was happy with the outcome and explained everything to me.
I think that the COVID mitigation measures in place for staff and customer protection are effective. I'm pleased with the information provided about work that necessary and those that's advisable. I especially like the video clips relevant to my car.
