I absolutely LOVE going into this place. There is 1 lady in particular who is soooooo friendly and always goes the extra mile when necessary, she has been there for years! Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

I have shopped in this store since it opened, and only over the last few months have I really seen the store in such a positive light. The staff have always been great, and over the last few months they seem much happier which is so nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Also with the warmer atmosphere the store seems more organised and welcoming. I don't normally give feed back, but the change has been so positive, I just had to say something. Some of your other stores can learn a lesson from this store.

I have been going to this branch for two years now. Its a great little shop and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Christine, nothing is too much for this lady. So pleased she recently became the manager as her customer service is impeccable and she always makes time to advise or chat, no matter how snowed under she is.
