Excellent service! Simon helped me with an injury sustained from cycling. With such a professional level of service and attention to detail I was injury free in no time! I still continue to complete the recommended exercises even though I am now injury free. I would recommend the movement practice to anyone and happily go and see Simon again for any treatment.

Mr Fix. You will see the results! I went to Simon with a shoulder injury, he understood the issue and explained how it can be fixed. Helped with the convenient appointments. He has a wealth of experience. I could clearly see the improvement of my shoulder movement. I am delighted with the final results. I would recommend Simon with confidence.

Simon provides a great service, he is very thorough and takes his time to find the cause of the problem and educate regarding the cure and prevention. His online booking system is brilliant too, easy to use and very convenient. Thanks Simon!

I spoke to Simon prior to treatment about my conditions, primarily a lower back issue and secondary tendinopathy, both long standing issues. He was knowledgeable and open in discussing treatment options and I was pleased to hear his professional knowledge and suggestions, and decided to proceed with a series of treatments with him. This included a thorough movement and pre condition screening, giving me confidence in his diagnoses and treatment plans. Several sessions later I am very pleased to say both my specific conditions are much improved, also his advice in general movements and soft tissue health has led to an overall improvement in my health and performance. His treatment of my long-standing golf elbow and Achilles tendinitus were both really helpful (laser treatment and manual therapy). Overall a refreshing and very positive approach to movement health, yielding excellent real life results, highly recommended.

I have had a long standing issue with my lower back since crushing two vertebrae. Since that there have been side effects such as sciatica, tight hip flexors and hamstrings. Simon has always offered excellent and professional service and I have always left the treatment feeling better than when I walked in. The treatments always happen whilst Simon explains what he is doing and why, this automatically puts you at ease, knowing he is knowledgable and passionate about his work. He will never over treat and always offer solutions that are practical and can be done at home in order to improve mobility. I would highly recommend you use him if you have any issues.
