So far our experience of The Door Store has been excellent. When we visited the showroom we had just the right amount of help. Not overpowering but interested. We took some time following that visit to make a decision and called the store. We spoke with Justin who’s customer service is excellent. He responds promptly to questions/emails. He has done what he can to facilitate an easy process of purchasing our internal doors. He is polite and also knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Reading Door Store and Justin in particular.

After much shopping around, we finally found what we were looking for - herringbone laminate flooring in grey. We needed quite a lot so took what they had and ordered the rest through the store in Reading who help facilitate the delivery over the next couple of weeks. The flooring itself was tough to fit and took the guys about twice as long as they had originally estimated (they hadn't fit this sort of flooring before). The end result was epic however so very pleased! What really stood out was the staff in the Reading store. Every one was helpful, friendly and delightfully enthusiastic. They really took pride in their work and always tried to go the extra mile. David expcially stood out and he bent over backwards to help provide regular communcation and a 1st class service. Overall, really happy!
Mark was particularly helpful when I ordered two doors, handles and latches etc over the phone. He called me back when he said he would and was friendly and efficient when I met him in person on collection. Really smart store and a professional service.

After searching the web for quite some time, I finally came across the perfect tiles for my bathroom. A short while after placing my order online, I recieved a phone call to arrange delivery. Marc was extremely helpful and even managed to arrange delivery a bit sooner to suit my work commitments. I phoned the store a day later to add another pack of tiles to my order. Again I was spoken to by a very polite member of staff. Marc quickly sorted my extra needed tiles! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. I will certainly be returning for more flooring in the future
