Ayla was my PT for over a year although for me it’s like i’ve never left her! She has an incredible knowledge and passion for what she does and she inspires you and pushes you not only to get results but to maintain the mindset to keep them in the long term. Another thing I used to love about her is that she’s very realistic and adapts towards your goals. Unfortunately I’m moving out to another town and can’t carry on learning with her. But she deserves my highest recommendation.

I HATE WORKING OUT but Ayla made it so easy. I was bored of just walking into the gym and lifting the same weights doing the same movement and seeing no change. I reached out to Ayla after seeing her on Instagram and decided to take the plunge. Before I knew it I was doing movements I’d only ever seen others do using equipment I didn’t know existed. Ayla is focused, energetic, driven and will work around your weaknesses and your schedule so you don't have a single excuse to be lazy. Being over 30 years old and never counting with the help of a personal trainer, I was skeptical at first... boy I was wrong! When you're in a 1 on 1 session, Ayla's focus is entirely on you. No distractions. She will make sure you do everything right from the first moment, and encourage you to find your limits. If you're hesitant, just give it a try. Invest in your wellbeing!
Ayla is an inspiring athlete and a wonderful coach. She practices what she preaches and seeing her train is so inspirational and just makes you want to push your own training harder. She is passionate and super motivational. Her knowledge and coaching skills are fine tuned. She spots the difficulties and knows exactly how to address them through adapted drills and exercises. From Olympic Lifting, to ring work, from squat and deadlift variations to box jumps, burpees and handstand push ups... Ayla is an all rounder. Whatever your goals, she will get you there. She pushes you hard but always with the right amount of encouragement. Training with Ayla is FUN and EFFICIENT. The perfect mix. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get their fitness to the next level.
