The foods is delicious and atmosphere is amazing. The staffs including the manager and owner are so kind and accommodating and I cannot thank them enough. We had to organise a small event very last minute that abide by covid-law prior to lockdown and they were so kind and accomodating and were experienced with events so were great with suggesting and organising decorations etc. which we hadn't even thought about. Everyone had a great time and Aila will have a special place in my heart for the great memories we were able to create there. Will definitely come back again!
Amazing food and service! Really friendly staff and could not recommended it enough! They're mix started is just mind blowing with okra being just amazing! If you are a fan of chicken wings you MUST try them at Aila! Well balanced spice and heat, jalfrezi is just about the right level of it. All the food lovers I call you out to try this place out - you won't be disappointed!
The best momo (dumplings) I've had anywhere and the rest of the menu was also 10 out of 10. The service was also exceptional. I look forward to trying out the rest of what they have to offer in their fantastic menu selection. Food like this makes your day a lot better.
It was my first visit and was very much impressed with this restaurant. Food taste was excellent and service was too fast. I would say it's a must visit place in Reading for Nepalese/Indian food lovers. Certainly on my list to visit again. Glad that I could make it before Tier 4 restrictions!!
Where The Aila is located has been multiple restaurants/pubs in the 7 years I've lived here so I had quite a low expectation when we first ordered a couple of months ago. However, we were blown away by the quality, flavour and portion size from the Aila. So much so that we've ordered every week since! We are vegetarian and they have an excellent selection of veg options. Tbh, there is nothing I would change about anything we've ordered from there and I think we have quite high expectations!

Incredible food, really excellent. We ordered mainly Nepalese dishes spicing was superb, service was friendly, prompt and non invasive. Restaurant is large and they’ve been really attentive to making sure you’re protected from covid. Highly recommend a visit. Sadly no photos as food was too good not to demolish immediately.
