Absolutely disgraceful. I lived here growing up whilst it was Raglan and it was maintained. As soon as Stonewater took over, the place became a dump. They should be ashamed. Rats running everywhere, refusal to maintain and keep residents safe. Environmental health will be paying a visit very soon.
