Sat my recent VMware VCP exam here in October 2020. The site is basic and dated but has everything you need. The single member of staff I saw was helpful, friendly and reassuring. The test was delivered professionally and without any issues. They also offer Saturday sessions which is very useful (wish they'd do Sundays too!). They seem to be taking Covid-19 safety into account which is also great, although I'd have liked to see a bit more evidence of cleaning and more spacing between testers (they put 4 people in my room, which had 6 spaces available, but all other testing rooms looked empty). On the whole though it was a good test centre - I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back here.
I've been to this testing centre a couple times and each time I've been met with rude, unhelpful members of staff. Not to mention the place is a bit grim.
With the testing capabilities of Spark I've never had a problem booking an exam, sometimes booking the day before. With me working towards completing CIMA in rapid time, the flexibility to know that I don't have to book an exam 3 months in advance to get a space and if I don't feel ready I can push the exam back a few days has been invaluable. With CIMA not yet giving detail on if you can use a pen or calculator with remote testing, which I'm reliant on with a time critical paper, I'm grateful to see Spark taking steps to operate at reduced capacity in these times and will be booking my exam at Spark in the coming days. Staff have always been welcoming and friendly, space allocated is smaller than other exam halls I've used before, but for the accessibility it's well worth it. Would highly recommend.
I recently had my exam at this centre. Good to see that Centre following necessary precautions in this COVID situations.
