I used SBS back in 1970 and when the original owner retired and Mark and his family took it over I continued to use it. They have always been thorough and I have never had any complaints. Everyone was always polite honest and helpful. I would heartily recommend their excellent workman ship.

Dear Customer Service and Team Thank you for your excellent service this week helping my vulnerable 89 year old father with his broken down boiler and fixing it so promptly. It was a great relief to us to leave him with a nice warm safe house again. A relief that he no longer had to use fan heaters which were a danger to him eg. falling over and electrocuting himself when trying to remove the stiff plug with a knife! Agree with previous review, rude, patronizing, unhelpful and expensive. Couldn't come out until 6 days after my elderly In-Laws boiler broke down, asked me to call if I got it sorted before, which I did, (Pincott Plumbing & Heating came next day), so called to let them know, girl took the message ok but then a man called from the same number, was abrupt and rude and said, \I'll take that as an apology then shall I\. Definitely one to avoid, very poor. (Only gave one star as zero was not an option).

Poor people skills, found them rude, patronizing, unhelpful and expensive. I have been heartily recommanding this company in the past but won't be doing that now, nor I will use again.

Having known Lee for many years I would have no problem in recommending team Southern Burners to others. He did a great job installing the heating into my first home 30 years ago and when i last spoke to the current owner it was still working, I wish everything else I'd bought for my home lasted that long!
