Have never been to a Sonic but have always seen the ads. The milkshakes were delicious. The cheeseburger was just so-so. Would stop for a shake!! The girl that brought out our food was very nice and pleasant. We know things are not good with all the COVID going on. Had to use the restroom. The lights did not work. My friend had to keep the door open a crack so I could see. And the same -- me for her.

So i guess this is what we consider a grilled cheese now? A hamburger bun with cheese on it? The bun wasn't even grilled. Onion rings were just about raw. Absolutely pathetic.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I watched multiple workers touch the fruits and put them straight into drinks after touching money. Absolutely disgusting, and dangerous considering we're in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Nobody wears masks right, or gets an order right. Think it's time for some new management. Someone needs to come inspect this place.

Sat at the box to order for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. No one else was in line in front of me. Then I pull up and everyone is wearing their masks on their chins. EVERYONE. Keep safe and don’t eat there.

There is a 50% of your order being made incorrectly.. But that's a risk Reiffton residents are willing to take. The evening migration of SUV's full of baby boomers and their grandchildren is a majestic evening ritual.

Sitting in the drive through I saw the sign that said food was made to order and worth the wait. That was far from true with my order. I got popcorn chicken and fries. The fries were barely warm and literally dripping grease... and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Oh and they won't even give you one single dipping sauce even when you order chicken, you have to pay extra for it. Will def never go to sonic again!

Waiting 25 minutes for cold food. Took 25 minutes for a chili cheese dog chili cheese fries and three kids meals. Didn't bother to check anything. Big mistake. Everything was WRONG called and complained and all the lady said was I'm sorry I can replace 2 kids meals and a hotdog. SERIOUSLY NEVER going to this establishment again! Wish there was a way to give negative starts

I really only like their drinks and how you're able to customize them. The food is blah, which is why I stick to making up drink combos. But the staff is nice and are utilizing ppe. A nice, simple place to go for affordable drinks..2-5 is happy hour & get out of the house.
