Staff were really kind helpful. Sanitiser was available and there were arrows on the floor so that social distancing remained in place. There was a very large range of sofas, tables and decorative items.

Be aware of quality issues as you probably won’t receive the same quality of sofa as you see in store. We ordered the Vittorio range 2.5 seat sofa and requested the same model and colour as displayed in Sofology Reading store back in 2019, however, the quality difference between the received sofa and the display sofa is quite shocking. The pictures below cannot justify the details unless you can inspect in person (Pictures 1, 3, 5 are display sofa; 2, 4 and 6 are our sofa). The main issues are: 1) the leather for the display sofa has much better quality than the leather used for our sofa. Our leather seems loose and saggy as it is supposed to be new, nice and tight. This is shocking as the sofa we received is brand new and sofa displayed in the store is more than four years old (The helpful sales staff told us). 2) the sofa arm-rest is totally different compared to what we saw in the store. The lower part on the store sofa is thin and smart and all the leather of the sofa is shining but our sofa handle looks dull, bulky and loose. There are some other issues and we have more pictures to provide. We contacted customs service and they told us that this is normal and no different. Obviously the sofa is not damaged, so we are not qualified to return the sofa.

Me and my partner purchased a sofa from Sofology last year. The armrest started to smell after a few months of ownership. We had a technician from sofology come out to deep clean the armrest however this did not rectify the problem and now they are dismissing our complaints and refusing to resolve the situation. Very poor customer service which is very disappointing after spending a lot of money on our sofa. We will not be using this company again and suggest the same for others.

I had a great experience during the entire buying process and was really happy with my purchase. I even bought the Sofa Shield to ensure I am covered for accidental damages. However, sofology and sofa shield team really let me down. The sofa stitch has come off and now I am told that Sofology cannot attend to it and Sofa shield team is stating that this is not covered. This should have been clarified at the time of purchase. I am really disappointed by the service provided when you actually need one.

Absolute shambles in the name of quality and customer service, what you see in store is what you DONT get in reality, the products are all made in China and Sofology has very little control over the quality, in fact even a screw falls out they will need 12 weeks to get things ordered from China. We had our Sofa after a 13 week wait, massive hole in between seats, leather all crinkled up, collapsed panels in the arm and the back seat. Their driver walked all over my white carpets in soiled shoes, inspite of the request to cover. I have received very little in terms of apology apart for an option to re-order / refund! and thats what you get for spending a huge sum of money... I just noticed the previous reviews...and very similar issues...I wish I had looked at this before ordering now

Very good. The salesman wasn't pushy, and the shop had exactly what we were looking for on display. In fact we went with a slightly different sofa to the one I found on their website. The guarantee of delivery in 13 weeks is a bit long, but at least they don't make promises they can't keep. We were told that it should be sooner but he couldn't promise that. I respect the honesty.
