I couldn't recommend this business any more. Probably the best service i've ever received when purchasing an item and needing a little aftercare help (due to lack of technical knowledge). Paid a great price for my laptop. It's in great condition and after being a little worried purchasing a second-hand laptop I am SO glad that I did. I will only be using these guys in the future. They have been amazing! Thank you !!!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Really speedy and efficient service. They diagnosed the problem with my laptop, which turned out to be hardware, ordered the part and had it sorted in under 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and lovely, friendly people as well.
I broke my mobile screen at Christmas and put up with it. Four days ago I phoned the shop as my phone was getting very hot and loosing all charge within an hour. They looked at my phone and fixed it within 30 mins. A few days later, I feel it is tested, it is back to a normal phone. Thank you so much!
Contacted this company and dropped my laptop (Covid secure!) the same day. Within an hour they had provided me with a price for a replacement battery so I authorised that they investigate the fault as well. The same day they identified that issue as well, ordered replacement battery and fixed the fault. Very reasonable pricing and laptop returned. I can confirm that I have now set up the profiles and everything is up and running perfectly - I'm using it to type this review!!!! Great turnaround and great price!
Called at 2pm with a dead Mac laptop. By 5pm i have a fully working laptop! These guys are super speedy. Offer good value repairs. And were super friendly and very informative! Will now be my go to guys for technical issues!! Thanks guys!

I called up to see if they had a specific cable in stock. Hugo went above and beyond and even came over to the dental practice straight away and installed it for us as well at his own suggestion. They are a very helpful team with efficinent service. Higly recommended!
Another visit to Short Circuit Computers and another first class service from these guys. They are hugely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, Hugo in this instance but I've previously dealt with Valter and other members of their team, all top notch and always go out of their way to help out. I travel from the other side of Reading (Wokingham) because their service is just so spot on - Thanks Hugo you've kept my business running (again!)
