Absolutely awful service and attention to detail. We dealt with Guy Horsey, Karoline Horsey and Joanna Turner. Lost count of the amount of mistakes they made in legal documents, which we had to point out and even when we did they sent back documents which were still incorrect. Also sending emails with incorrect instructions and then blaming everyone else and taking no ownership themselves. Every single correspondence we had with them has been a massive disappointment and has caused an enormous amount of stress. I wouldn't trust them to handle anything the right way, or to do anything correctly. If I could go back I would not use them.
