Absolutely useless. I have sound issue with my Samsung S10 phone. Phone still within warranty, so it was sent to Reading store. I received a voicemail and email asking to pay 229 for LCD screen replacement, nothing mentioned about sound. Screen is not smashed, but on both corners is a little damage, you wouldn't even notice much( please see photo attached). It happened first week I bought the phone and never really paid attention. I sent the email back saying, that I dont want LCD screen to be fixed and won't pay 229, and that this is not an issue for me as I want sound to be fixed and not the screen. They simply sent my phone back, didn't even bother to reply to my email or call me again. And funny enough, when checking tracking, it says issue is fixed. I truly thought they fixed it, only until someone called me and they could not hear me again. Called Samsung and only then was told, that because I didn't pay for LCD screen, they can not repair sound issue...And what about if I pay and they can not fix sound issue, no one even bothered to explain. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will never buy Samsung again. I was one of those who always had i phone, tried samsung and loved the phone, but due to poor customer service, will never consider buying a new phone from them. Not even worth a star...

Ewan resurrected my Samsung tablet with a quick software fix after I had struggled for a couple of days to repair it myself with the tips online from the Samsung forum. This was done very quicly and completely free of charge. Excellent service. I was able to sell this for over 70 subsequently, I would have had to bin it if not for the help received from Ewan.
Good service from the centre and Samsung. After broken screen on my Note 8 (2.5yrs old). Was in 2 thoughts to get it fixed from local repair shops (@60% of the cost) or send to Samsung service. But went for the service centre as Samsung includes new battery with screen repair. And can tell the phone is totally new now, should be good for atleast 2 years now. My only issue was, after sending the phone and paying for the repair, they said the parts are in order. Ended up without phone for almost a week instead of 2 days. I heard its quick fix if u walk in the service center personally.
2020 and lack improvement. 800 phones sold with no cover. Slippery phones not fit for purpose. Failed to inform customer of Factory Reset which deleted LEGAL EVIDENCE, and personal data. Have lost accounts due to suspicious activity. Samsung Pass fails to restore app passwords. Camera and other customised settings all need redoing. If they had informed me properly I would have chosen a different repair option.
I broke the display of my S8 (gutted), when i called into Samsung Reading they could not have done enough to make me feel better. not only that, they also had an incredible turn around meaning i was not without my phone for long, compared to the two weeks i was quoted from my supplier. I cannot recommend these guys enough. professional, polite and prompt. I can see where the staff get it from, I spoke to the manager when i collected my handset, she was very polite with customer service shining through. I will be Buying lots more Samsung Products in Future if this is the service i get. :-)
Wow - what a service. Samsung repairs were awesome. We really nervous that the screen repair was going to a)take a long time & b) cost a fortune. Phone was a latest model & my darling daughter couldn't wait for her protective phone case to arrive before handling her phone outside. Within a week of having the phone, the screen got completely shattered. Really badly. We phoned Samsung & within 1 day, delivery driver at our door with all relevant documentation. Took phone to Samsung Reading repairs who within 3 days had checked phone, contacted us re price which wasnt the cheapest but under our budget. Parts were ordered, phone repaired & safely delivered back to us. Whole service door to door was 5 days. We r very pleased & phone looks A* star condition again. Thank you Samsung repairs

I contacted Samsung Support as my Galaxy S6 Edge had switched off and would not turn on again. They sent a courier to collect it and I got a call the following day from Vakul. We discussed the repair and costs and I asked for an email with bank details. I paid the following day and I received the phone back the day after that. So picked up on Saturday received back on Tuesday - absolutely superb. The phone has had a new circuit board and battery and they sent me a new charger too. I highly recommend this company.
