First time I've been but very reassuring to see the amount of measures they've taken due to the pandemic. Really lovely staff, very friendly and professional. I've rated them lower than 5 stars as according to their website I was supposed to be charged 33 for a wet cut with the stylist but i got charged 46

Ruby Reds has always been a fantastic salon for the full hair pampering experience. Jenny and the team are so warm, friendly and professional. I would not trust my pillar box red hair to anybody else - especially as they've looked after me for at least 20 years! The onset of the pandemic has been tough on Ruby's but they have risen to the challenge of making the salon Covid safe and keeping their clients and themselves protected. I haven't ventured out much since March, and neither do I plan to, but I do look forward to my regular visit to Jenny - in fact I'm counting down the days until the next one!
The premises are clean and inviting. The Staff are all professional, inviting and friendly. I have been having my hair cut by Jenny for many years and she is one of the nicest people I have known. The expertise with hairstyling is second to none. This is a top class salon.
I have been a customer of Ruby Reds for many years now. Jane and her team's professionalism, customer care, attention to detail and amazing skills have ensured I keep returning. I have had so many compliments from friends, family and colleagues who are impressed with my hair style and the quality of the cut. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Ruby Reds!
First visit post lockdown and the team at Ruby Reds were just fantastic. They were incredibly welcoming from the word go, I felt safe at all times on the premises. The salon was spotless, gorgeous decoration and brilliant people. Jenny does my hair, and has been for almost 10 years now, and we love experimenting with different colours (nothing shocks her anymore with me!!). The picture is my hair all wishy washy post lockdown, with most of the colour gone completely, to completely revamped with varying shades of purple into pink. Thank you Jenny, Jane and team and a job well done on keeping everyone up to date and informed during lockdown, and having a fair system to get everyone rebooked who missed appointments during. You have all worked incredibly hard, and we appreciate and love you xx x
