Stayed here multiple times but this last time was it. 100 cash deposit which i knew. Was in a NON SMOKING room which is whatever go outside fine. Went outside EVERY TIME but when i go to check out this last time the guy up front had to "check the room" since it was non smoking before getting deposit back. This was NEVER done before until today. Well he accused me of smoking inside the room which i did not. Said their were ashes on table and the room smelled like smoke when we go out to smoke we had the door open some because the card reader don't work and didn't want to be locked out and he said he had "pictures" when requested to see pictures he refused to show them. He refused to give my deposit back.

This place was a dump. Bathrooms were filthy and the sheets had stains on them. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the bolt/latch on the door was busted. Not only that but the door looked liked someone got drunk and kicked it since there was a huge dent at the bottom. Upon checking out I was told by my brother-in-law who stayed with me that he found dead bedbugs in the room. Not too thrilled to say the least. The staff took forever to check us in because they were too busy having a conversation with one another. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and their unprofessional manner demonstrated to me that I was not a priority. Another thing to note is that I have seen many complaints on here in regards to bedbugs. While I personally did not notice anything while I stayed there I was informed by my brother-in-law after checking out that he found a few dead ones in the room. Had I known that I would have never chosen to stay in this room. This is a clear case of "You get what you pay for" except I could have probably spent an extra 10 and gotten a much nicer place. We were in town for a concert and it was the cheapest as well as the closest to the venue but there were other places that were just as close and for a few dollars more we could have had a much nicer experience. We didn't spend much time in the room which we were thankful for but I will not stay at another Rodeway Inn. I have heard some people say this place was nice which makes me think there must be places much worse than this. This was by far the worst place I have stayed and if you find yourself in need of a room do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I saw the picture online and the bathroom was dirty and her mold on it so I wanted to look at the room and they told me no until I paid first. Plus of the air conditioning in the lobby did not work. Obviously they do not have confidence in their room.
Clean room, quiet area. Make sure you have the cash deposit, no ATM in the hotel . Nice thing about the cash deposit, your not waiting for it to hit your card for a few days after your stay.
The towel rack was bent, hanging out of the wall at an angle impossible to hold towels. The face of the heater had been removed and not replaced correctly so it hung on a sideways angle. One or two of the lamps didn't have light bulbs in them. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall leaving just a pair of wires dangling from a hole. The box spring on the bed was broken touching the floor in between the frame rails and leaving the surface of the bed potholed. The wallpaper was peeling, the upholstery stained, and to add insult to injury they require a 100 cash deposit to rent a room refundable only upon checkout. When I saw the condition of the room I took these photos and then immediately went back to the front desk to get my money back and leave.
Terrible and have been here less then 30 minutes. Ordered a non smoking room and given a smoking room that has a strong tobacco scent. Even though this is 2020,no elevator. The room is dirty, the bathroom is worse. Analog TV, can't even see the full picture. Wouldn't recommend this dump to family or friends. Actually wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Even to give this review I have to give this dump knecstar, cause obviously there is no way they could earn a star.
