As a landlord I have had nothing but great service form RNR. I mostly communicate through email and each time they have respended quickly and professionally. I would be happy to recommend their service to any one looking to rent or let a property in the Reading area.

Absolutely awful agency throughout the year. Had many issues with the house, like water coming through my light switch, and their response to get anything fixed took several days. Their maintenance number was never manned for emergencies. When it came to check out they had tried to deduct most of our deposit and after I pressed for proof of invoices etc. Their handyman had just knocked up some fake ones. After walking past the house the next year, the things they provided these invoices for where still not fixed. AVOID RENTING ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY.
had police called on me to remove me from the branch when walking in to discuss problems. was lied to by staff about the manager being in when she was. then ignored by 3 staff and manager on the phone. director arrived and half way through the police arrive to remove me, banned from the branch all because they refused to acknowledge their faults and wouldn't even offer an apology. most disgusting business practices that i have ever know are operating right here!!!!!!!
Rude and ignorant, no hrlp at all, misleading , on the councils list as one of the agencies that provide properties for DSS, when asked said they never would take anyone DSS, pure judgemental discriminatory
the female manager is the rudest women to exist in management please remove her before she ruins your business completely
