Utilized them because my \usual\ pharmacy doesn't have a drive thru, nor do they have delivery services. Depending on different circumstances in life, those 2 options are phenomenal, and a blessing! Well, one experience with a medication I had filled, was enough of a wonderful experience for me to transfer all my scripts there. Very helpful on the phone and in person, polite, knowledgeable etc. Nothing but wonderful experiences each time. Kudos to the staff at the store I use!

The associates are kind and helpful, but the pharmacy staff on the other hand are rude and impersonal. I prefer the store at 500 E. Lancaster Ave. All of the associates know your name. You can count on them to go out of their way to help out or answer your questions.
Racist employees! I will never shop at a Rite Aid ever again. Saw how polite the young female cashier with curly brown hair was to the white customer before me, so when I approach with my item I said hello. She didn't acknowledge me, she didn't bag my item, and she was downright impolite. Rite Aid will NEVER get my money again.
Today I went to Riteaid in Kenhorst and decided to get a flu shot. Raji was above and beyond amazing. I am petrified of shots. She was so caring and kind. I honestly did not even feel the shot. They always treat me well. I am so glad I changed my pharmacy to Riteaid. They have the most incredible staff. Not only in the pharmacy but the store also. I have a good experience every time I go. Thanks Raji!
The pharmacy tech I dealt with was rude, unprofessional and had NO clue what she was talking about regarding my son's insurance and vaccinations. Thankfully the pharmacist was polite and kind. I don't plan on going to this location ever again. I'll stick with Walgreen's from now on.
