Worst service. Kept my car for 2 days without letting me know that it will take that long. When returned didn't resolve the root issue and charged me money. Please be careful before u approach the showroom.

I would like to thank Steve Horn for his pleasant and professional maner and Nick Bellman for a lovely clean car after my Passats first mot and health check. I like the way you also make sure the interior is warm as toast for my drive home . Thankyou VW Ridgeway.
Booked car in for service (to include standard heath check) and MOT on same day. They did the MOT before the service and failed it on brake discs - someting that would have been picked up on the health check. When I called to ask why they would do something illogical and nonsensical, they simply said this was there system and did not offer to refund the MOT or do another for free. Never using them again.

Disappointed with the sales staff. We waited 15/20mins to speak to a sales executive who had (and admitted to have) no understanding on the GTE or Electric car products?
Expensive service costs and long wait to drop off car and to pick it up (40 mins beyond the agreed pick up time)
