AVOID THIS VENUE I was shocked at my treatment on Saturday night. I paid the 5 entry fee before realising literally 10 seconds later my friends had already moved on and the club was empty. Straight away I very politely asked if I could be refunded. Unfortunately the 2 girls in the payment booth were the rudest and most aggressive people I have ever come across. They said it was tough luck and to b**** off! I was then verbally abused, they both looked and sounded like the Vicky Pollard twins. I took my phone out to send a message which was then smashed to the floor by the one of the girls (claiming to be the manager!) If you look up CHAV in the dictionary, this girls name would be next to it, she is in the wrong job. Absolute JOBSWORTHS. The actual manager Matt (see photo attached) was gormless and arrogant. He had the customer service skills of a 10 year old and treated me with a total lack of respect. No common sense. I have notified the police about my smashed phone. It amazes me this place is in business. It turned out my friends had left the venue because of lumps in their cocktails and poor atmosphere!

A tiny club with a good atmosphere but usually ram packed on weekends. Unfortunately not many better clubs in boring Reading
A good vibe with great decorations, getting around the club can be hard when it is crowded but overall it is one of the better night clubs in Reading despite some poor reviews from other users. This business was definitely a pleasant surprise and exceeded my expectations.

Lola lo is a whole new experience! So different from many other clubs! Staff are amazing and helped me decide on which cocktail to have!! So many to choose from. DJ is great! Lola lo is defiantly the place to be! Coming back to party on New Years Eve!! X

I didn't have a good experience at the club 1: they tell you it's the classiest club around but it's not, 2: the guy working in the toilet sells fake aftershave and they let him Even after talking to the manager about it he did not do anything about it 3: the people behind the bar don't know what they are doing, when they are busy u don't get what u asked for and when u tell the it's wrong they get rude to you ..... I wouldn't go back to this place if you payed me.... We had to leave after 45 mins I give this club a 0 out of 5 Many thanks Drake
Me and my friends came here for my birthday and ended up getting a vip table, really lovely staff and made my birthday very special with decorations out on the table. Although it was really busy the bar service was very quick - loved the tiki style glasses and the cocktails were lovely! Great night
