I recently lost my front tooth when I fell and during covid this was was not a good time. All of the team are under a great deal of pressure and NHS appointments are in really short supply. Although I have had to pay for my treatment privately with them as I need to have my tooth replaced as quickly as possible, the staff at My Dentist are as always, kind and caring. They accommodate requests as quickly as possible, show compassion and understanding when speaking with customers and during this instance Charnea has been very supportive of me when I have raised concerns. Thank you Charnea and all of the team.

Really good experience. I used their affordable private service. I had a Maryland bridge fitted which replaced my denture which I hated and some composite re surfacing on other teeth. Asma Hussain was my dentist and she was friendly, reassuring and professional. ALL staff very professional and friendly. Fully recommend and will definitively be continuing with this surgery.

After a long time of plucking up the courage to go to the dentist (with an emergency), I was more than delighted with the service I received today at Reading Dental Practice. I felt so at ease with every member of staff including the amazing dentist I had! Considering the times we are in, I think the Front Desk team are doing an amazing job. A big thank you to you all :)

Excellent customer service. I called on a Thursday as I had a very loose Wisdom tooth. Got booked in for the next day and tooth was out by 9.30 am.Asma Hussain was kind,caring and put me completely at ease. Would definitely recommend this practice.
