I had an excellent experience there. The technician, Krista, knew exactly what she was doing, and everything in the office was clean and neatly organized. I would recommend this place to anyone. Krista was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Excellent service this morning from Michelle. I already had an online account and made an appointment. She took me a half hour early. Cheaper than going to the Reading (Tower) Hospital. I asked her if the Quest location will be closing because of the recent news article. She said no. I hope they stay open. The store opens early at 7 AM so you can go before work. It is best to make an appointment to cut your wait time. UPDATE: SATURDAY 28 APRIL 2018. I just logged in to MyQuest and there is still no results posted from my blood draw last Friday. I did call the company and they told me that the doctor received the results on Wednesday and that it will take a few days to appear on My Quest. It hasn't. I will call my doctor first thing on Monday morning just to be sure. They sure are taking their sweet time with my lab results. Next time I'll go back to Reading Hospital now Tower Health.

My Scrip was sent to a different Quest Location. According to the Person I dealt with they don't have the option of contacting other Quest locations for the scrip instructions. This Company is very unorganized And Unprofessional. Since when can't you pick up the phone and contact your same company to get information? Dont waste your time with these morons. She also stated that she did not have a fax number for the script to be sent to there location. Unreal !

It was my first and last time I visited Quest Diagnostics. I got there around 1:30pm on a Tuesday the place was completely empty waited half an hour for somebody to finally come out and tell my she didn't know how long I was going to be waiting because they have some technical issues.. there several other places you can go and get a lot better service will never came here or any other Quest Diagnostics place or neigher recommend it to somebody... I called my employer explained what was going on and they send me somewhere else!
