I have been using this lab location for YEARS. I never have any problems. It's a busy location and I ALWAYS make an appointment. It's quick and easy to make an appoint on your phone or PC. If you haven't scheduled then you need to expect to wait. All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I am always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. They are awesome.

Called the main number and was told to go here...sat there for almost 2 hours.. then the younger girl came out and said we don't know if we can see u ... told me I should have been watching the TV... which I couldn't see bc of where I was seated. Then walks away in the middle of me asking a question.. the older lady came out and explained the instructions and wait time were not correct on the TV. I will never go here again bc of the younger woman... sooo rude.

This place needs to work on their patient skills. SUPER RUDE. After being told there was a 3 minute wait four times, a nasty tech , very rudely and sharply ,came out to tell my husband and another patient that they probably will not be seen because they are booked solid. Teach employees how to speak to people,or dont let the rude ones deal with the front end.

My - star rating has nothing to do with the employees at all, it is in regards to the corporate and how they have these employees run ragged. I visited today around 6:45 am... patiently waited, I was a walk in. I am 8 months pregnant and came there early so I was there during the high risk hour. Around 7:35 am the ladies working came out and said that they couldn’t take any more walk ins as they had people who had appointments and it was busy. This is not the 2 ladies fault but you need to figure out a better system. I was lucky enough that another patient heard my conversation and heard how upset I was and I was in tears and gave me her appointment instead of me leaving. The test that I needed today was a must have that needed to be done as soon as possible for the safety of my self and my unborn child. Unfortunately the 2 ladies had to deal with the brunt of upset people who had been waiting an hour. I was just very fortunate that the other patient was sweet enough to say that she was willing to reschedule if they would allow me to have her appointment. If that is how you are going to run this company , you need to have signage that says appointments only or something showing that walk ins are not guaranteed. The 2 ladies working this morning I had kept apologizing profusely due to my being upset I did get very frustrated because of waiting for nearly an hour, thankfully they understand my situation and understood that the test needed to be done as soon as possible for my dr. Please rethink how you are running this situation as a lot of upset people left when I left.
