Really naff place - they care for disabled folk alright , not the residents their own bitter staff members. Can't recruit or retain staff , it had a higher turn over of employees than a overwhelmed national employment agency. Stay well clear !

Our brother has been at Purley Park for many years and during this time we have been very pleased with the care he has received. Any issues that have arisen during that time have been dealt with efficiently and professionally and we have always been included in any decisions regarding his care. Our brother has developed socially during his time at Purley Park due to the vast range of activities on offer and the one to one relationships he has built with the staff and other residents. The staff are dedicated, caring and committed to giving their residents full and enjoyable lives and we as a family are very reassured that he is being well cared for. Thank you.

Not a great place to work to be honest. Management don't really have a clue. Understaffed and using agency alot. Can't recruit which says a lot doesn't it? Was better in the days before Larry became chief executive. Not so much of a high turnover of staff before. Shame because it was a lovely place to work at.
