Was quoted 160 for cleaning furniture covers three seat and two seat sofa, armchair and scatter cushions. When collected was told 179 but rounded to 175. Eventually got 175. Cleaning was poor still had marks on the fabric.
Handed in my dinner suit and dress shirt for dry cleaning that used for an event. it was only the second time i had used this shirt and they had left a small mark previously and so I asked them to get that out at the same time. No problem. came to collect and the whole shirt was stained they said they would fix it . came back stains still visible. The lady the told me it was covered in red wine and chardonnay. Where she got that rubbish from is beyond me as I left the function with a large group and everyone said there was not a mark on me. why was this not brought up when I dropped it off, I think they have either mistaken mine with another or they are lying . so both times I have used them they have damaged my clothes
