Our boiler now 28 years and 3 months old decided to start playing up, so took the plunge and arranged for 4 quotes. One was Premier Heating Pangbourne. Zach came out completed an extensive survey and sat down to explain all the details. Within hours we had a fully detailed quote. From all the quotes received we decided to go with Premier. The professionalism shown by not only Zach but Denise in the office made us turn to Premier. 1.5 weeks later after being informed who was coming James the engineer arrived a very nice young man, did everything to explain what was going to happen and cracked on with work. We are very pleased with professionalism it was all carried out cleaned up after themselves waste taken away. Would highly recommend and a 12 year guarantee. Brilliant

James arrived on time to install a new boiler. He proved to be a most pleasant young man, extremely hard working and very knowledgeable. On the first day he and his apprentice worked from 0830 until 1730 with a very short break for lunch. When he left the new boiler was working and my wife and I were very pleased to be in a warm house for the night. The next day he arrived on his own this time at 0830. To put the finishing touches to the installation. Lagging for the pipes, checking all the radiators were working which took several hours to sort out. A fantastic job from a great company.
