As part of a kitchen installation from Wren, we were told the tiles we liked were from Porcelanosa. We went in to the Reading store today to have a better look and walked out around 5 minutes later!!! Not a single staff member even lifted their head when we walked in, some were casually looking on their phones and every single one of them completely ignored us. We are now looking elsewhere to get the items we need.

We're delighted to see the shop is open again , following a very positive experience last year, with Megan's excellent and patient help and service. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and the products that we bought (shower enclosure & tray, wall mounted radiator) are really high quality.
We were trying to design two bathrooms and a cloak room for months. When we finally found Porcelanosa it solved all our problems. Aided by the excellent Despoina in the Reading store we had a near five hour marathon design session and got everything done. Her knowledge of the stock and her design ideas were fantastic. Thanks again!
First time i have dealt with Porcelanosa and I am very impressed. Spacious and smart showroom with lots of different room settings to give inspiration. Found the staff very helpful and friendly, especially Megan who was very helpful in sorting a couple of addtional packs of tiles as my calculations were short when I first ordered.
