That Time

I could of forgiven the general high cost of the photography if the service was equal to it, however it was far below it. The 'colour splash' option is not even worth asking for as I and my partner found ourselves repeatedly phoning the store to explain what they should of already known. I don't know if it's a lack of training, stupidity or just plain ignorance and honestly after the 5th or 6th call I was beyond caring. The service was so bad I literally requested the original images and edited them myself. I think in total we paid upwards of 150 for 11 photos. We were offered a small print off but as it was the original 'colour splash' of such poor quality, I'd feel embarrassed displaying it in my home. Another thing to take note of is the 25 'studio fee' You're already being charged to have photos taken and then there's another random fee to have photos taken? Let's talk about this 'Studio' as well. It's a small cramped room where you will also find all of the equipment as they're clearly lacking storage. No I would certainly not recommend such a time consuming, over priced, amateur hassle to anyone. Thank you.

They rush you so much and the photographers are quiet ride they just want to get the photo shoot done in 10 mins or less. For any additional pic you get to pay around 25 Pounds. The free phicture is usually the worst one specially if it's more than one person on the picture. If you have more than 1 child you can imagine how hard it is to get everyone look at the camera/smile at the same time, the photographers only take 2/3 pictures and move on to the paid pictures
