If I could give 0 stars, I would. He canceled my driving test with due notice, yes. However, I didn't believe the excuse he gave me saying that I may fail bla bla and that someone dumped the car somewhere. He didn't ask to reschedule the test or anything, saying that I should find someone else. 3 months pass and I passed my driving test first time with only 5 minors with another local instructor. I only needed 6 more lessons. I passed last year in February. Goes to show, never underestimate someone! When I asked him about his opinion on the new learner driver's law on the motorway, he didn't even know!
