I work in reading. So I've tried alot of the \fast food\ breakfast spots in Reading. And out of them all I've come to like Perfecto's the most. Food quality is great. Bagels are very good. And you don't have to wait in this HUGE line, like other places near by. Customer service is awesome! Have I had a few issues with my orders..... yes. But they all were corrected. So overall great breakfast spot! from me!

Bagels are good. But the staff is not too bright. I ordered a \bakers dozen\ right from the menu and got home and found 11 bagels only. Do they know what bakers dozen means? No voice mail on the phone, no email posted on the site. It seems they just don't want to talk to customers.
Bagels are OK, the coffee makes it worth the trip.
Twice now they've messed up part of our order. Once it was pretty gross. Who orders a cinnamon bagel with chive cream cheese??? I did not. There's a reason the line is longer at bagel world next door.
The employees park in front of my house all day on Avon St. This is a busy cut-through street and two way traffic is jammed in front of my house because it’s a narrow street. My neighbors across the street can’t pull out of their driveway in the morning. There are cigarette butts, take out wrappers and empty soda cups on the side of the road when they leave. I understand my gripe is with the town for permitting a business that doesn’t have enough parking for both customers and employees. We are trying to work that out with Reading. But in the meantime, it’s a public safety hazard and a community nuisance that management of the cafe has no interest in hearing about.
