When you call, you actually get to talk to a person who is very helpful and will setup your delivery for you. These are people that live in your area. I really very pleased with Penn Pride.

Great prices and great service. Make sure to call at least a week before you need delivery. They are only in your area on certain days.
I used Penn Pride for 2 years without any major issues besides scheduling conflicts. They are only open Mon-Fri and close at 5pm. They don’t have after hours or an emergent line and they only service certain areas in certain days. So if you run low, you’re out of luck until your designated day. We recently had a snow storm and I ran out of heating oil overnight. They closed their office for 2 days with no help to their customers, and when they were open they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called repeatedly and was hung up on 5 times just trying to get someone on the phone to schedule a delivery.. we’ve been without heat for 4 days and I could not get anyone else to help because they were service their current customers .. They also raised their heating oil prices by .50 a gallon after a snow storm when a lot of people needed heat.. the lack of care for their customer is disgusting. No one should be without heat in the middle of winter.
I just love Penn Pride. The customer service is out standing . They are pleasant and helpful.
