Had my bloods taken, by the HCA who did not wash her hands before procedure, no skin site disinfection, had to squeeze a ball with an uncertain level of cleanliness. Is this the new norm? And is so complicated to have an appointment, even over the phone ones. But I have to say that I had better experiences with them, just not lately.

Good practise for treatments getting help and also providing a back up that is needed for any situation in regards to well being mental health and health and social well being or care for yourself . Friendly staff and genuinely care once honesty is shared private and Continental settings at all times even in Reception areas.
Staff very professional, polite and work so hard . Dr Gerard is a top doctor , he will always treat the patient with kindness , can give reality checks when needed. He will make sure that no stone in left unturned in relation to the patient’s health

I always found their service and staff very professional and helpful. The Doctor always listened to me, clearly cared about my health and spoke to me with respect. Sadly had to leave the practice after moving away from Reading, and having experienced such poor service elsewhere I realise how lucky I had been to have been a patient at this practice.
