Some of the carers from this place treat the service users disgustingly, they take them out and drag them along the road by their arms/ walkers don’t even bother talking to them. They are very rough with theses individuals that are very vulnerable. I saw one staff member physically fighting with an individual at the phone box opposite the care home just because he wanted to play with the phone.i work in the care/nursing industry my self and I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. I’m appalled and very upset in what I have witnessed on many occasions.
