Contacted the Parish Councilor (Gareth) about a ongoing issue with West Berkshire council. Said he would give them a call. Received no reply. So in general pretty useless; not really worth trying to use. ------- I emailed him about the issue and he replied on the 28/07 saying he would make some calls and then heard nothing of the results. First reply I received was today (after this post) a month later and so I asked how he got on with the calls etc. and I'm awaiting a response. Otherwise the review isn't inaccurate. Nothing achieved in a month. No meaningful reply. Not really worth challenging issues via your Councilor. First time I've ever tried. I feel it's fair enough advice to others and accurate of my experience. Kind regards, James Cawthorne
