Great food (dinner for 2) and attentive, yet not disruptive, staff made for a great evening. Cocktails and beers are presented well and the venue itself is clean and stylish. Highly recommended.

Nice sports pub situated about 1 minute walk from the station. I normally go past when there is a rugby match on, or after playing tennis nearby, and the food is good, proper rustic pub food (even though it's a bit pricy for what it is at times), and the pub itself hasn't got any pretentions of grandeur which many other pubs have seemingly got nowadays. It has nice black wooden tables indoors, with many screens for watching sports. I've never sampled the nightlife here, but I normally go in the afternoon. The people serving are normally nice and friendly. They have an upstairs too, along with tables outside which is really nice for a sunny day. Only slight downside is that for a pub with the name oneils, there isn't much nod to any irish culture inside!!! Also, it would be nice to see more things like live music or other fun events here.

Social distancing was on point. Staff were friendly, service was quick!
