The staff wasted a lot of time by having a lack of knowledge on their own products & availability. The physical phone was brought out to be purchased after an hour went by only to be told that the phone in fact was not available on a buy outright option. I've been with O2 for over 15 years & after this experience could only face palm internally out of the pure stupidity that I witnessed whilst walking to another network provider.

The manager John was great,very helpful,sadly the o2 people at customer service are not,they are rude and cut you off on phone to them,and it's not a one off,has happened lots of times,but John credit him came to our rescue,or is not be with o2.

My rolling yearly contract ended about 5 weeks ago. I never received a reminder so i never renewed it and couldn't go to the o2 shop because of the current crisis. Never had a problem before, they've allways bin great but may look to move to vodaphone in the future.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! To the manager Steve, if your staff is rude to a customer you should calm the situation not make it worse. I'm disgusted by the service by supposedly a reputable big company. You guys should be ashamed of the service you are providing on behalf of O2. Would not recommend to anyone, I was threatened and abused verbally.

Great staff in this shop always willing to help and dont rush through the process being friendly throughout i will certainly remain an O2 customer if nothing but the service this store provides. but i find that o2 do some great deals both on offers and contracts and with their new function of being able to customise your contract it really makes it easy to choose what suits best. thank you O2 Reading.

O2 is possibly one of the worst company. High call charges for PAYG. Network issues and call centre not helpful at all. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
