Good spot for our impromptu picnic and walk with our dog. Great that we saw it as we were passing by. The trails are mini loops, some you feel in your legs as you walk uphill, but not long at all and you always hear the traffic from the road. The stream is peaceful, but parents would need to get creative in order for kids to enjoy the low impact park. Maybe learn about sawmill first before you go. Does have indoor flush toilets and sinks with running water.

Well maintained trails, not too strenuous. The gravel on the paths made them hikable even in wet weather because it prevented mud. And dogs are allowed!

Many trails. We picked a route that included some switchbacks and decent elevation change. Paths were clear, and easy to follow, although having a map helps, given the number of paths. We walked around the Nolde Mansion. It looks like there are a fair number of activity stations and things to do for young people when rangers give tours.

Nice, well marked hiking trails. Dog friendly. Beautiful scenery. Museum closed due to Covid. Nice place to spent part or all of a day.

Even in the winter, when the colors are full and dreary, this place is absolutely beautiful. The trails around the education center are well maintained and well marked. The education center itself is informative and interesting.
