I had a Dell XPS with damaged battery’s screw which I was unable to remove it. While it is not a technical issue with the laptop but it was critical since DELL engineer was coming to fix the computer(under warranty) if battery wont come off the engineer certainly could void the repair. Mountain Stream managed to remove the screws without damaging the battery and replaced it. Dell engineer came on-site and fixed the laptop without noticing anything. He was nice and pleasant and to deal with.

I took my laptop to Neil to see why it wasn't turning on and It kept switching on then off constantly. He had a look at it and then spent 30 mins explaining all the options available to me including if I didn't get him to repair it where I could purchase a good second hand laptop. He was very honest and open and a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend Neil's services.
