We bought our first box of Mortimer Chocolate Company drinking chocolate, this week, and it’s absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, it will be a staple from now on. A hit with both children and adults.

My wife made the Red Velvet Cake, recipe from the side of the Mortimer Natural Cacao Powder, for a Charity cake for our daughters Macmillan coffee & cake morning and it took centre piece on the table. Friends were buying 2 and 3 pieces at a time and she sold all of it in the 1st hour. Thanks for a great product and such a fantastic recipe. Keep your great products coming.
Makes the nicest dark chocolate- a million times better than any of the bigger brands. It's also wonderful to cook with- the brownie recipe is on the side of the packaging and I have never made some so good!
Used to buy this from Waitrose and now found it again in Amazon! My favourite chocolate to drink and makes fabulous brownies too. My partner uses it in chilli con carne as it brings out the flavour, but it works in other savoury dishes too. Take a look on their website, which is where I started. I have my own favourite curry recipe that uses chocolate, but that is a family secret. I make my own truffles with it too; the West African is my favourite, but the Ecuador chocolate works very well in the truffle, especially with a hint of rum.
Made the chocolate brownies using the West African chocolate and they were fantastic!
An amazing product that allows you to bake the mist incredible cakes and brownies. I would never use another product in my baking as it's delicious!
